How to file a notice

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent at support@eatsyorders.com that includes: a signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Service; your contact information (address, phone number, and email); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
