Google presence

Eatsy + Google: whoever finds you, orders from you.

Connect your Eatsy ordering link to your Google Business Profile. When someone finds you on Google Search or Maps, the order-online button opens your own channel, not a third-party marketplace.

Eatsy Google · Native integration

From your Google listing to your ordering channel.

One link, connected once, that Google surfaces automatically on both Search and Maps.

1

Claim or confirm your profile

Your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) needs to be verified under your restaurant.

2

We connect your ordering link

The Eatsy team pairs your Online Ordering URL as your listing's order-online action.

3

Google surfaces it on Search and Maps

The button shows up in both the search results panel and your Maps listing, no extra work on your side.

4

The customer orders directly from you

The order lands in your own Eatsy channel, not a marketplace: you keep the customer data and the full margin.

What Google controls, and what you control.

Pending confirmation from the Eatsy team before this goes live.

Google questions

Straight answers, before you book.

Is this the same as Google My Business?

Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile. It is the same free profile you already manage on Google Search and Maps; Eatsy connects to that profile, it does not create a new one.

Do I lose my current reviews?

No. Your reviews, photos, and your whole listing stay exactly as they are. Eatsy only adds or updates the ordering button's link.

Does this replace my Google profile?

No. Your Google Business Profile stays yours and you keep managing it there directly. Eatsy only connects the ordering button to your channel.

Do I need to already have my Google profile verified?

Yes. Your Google Business Profile needs to be claimed and verified before connecting the ordering link. If you don't have one yet, we can walk you through it.

Is there an extra cost for this integration?

No. It's included in your Eatsy plan. Google Business Profile itself is also free; Google doesn't charge to show the ordering button.

Does it work the same on Google Maps as regular search?

Yes, the same ordering link shows up in both places because they both read from the same profile listing.
