Do I need to open a new merchant account?
No. The integration connects to your existing TSYS merchant account. Your current processing rates don't change by using Eatsy.
Does this replace my POS?
No. TSYS processes the payment; your POS stays whatever you already run. If you also use a POS Eatsy natively syncs with (like Shift4), that menu sync is separate from this payments integration.
How do refunds work?
Refunds from the Eatsy dashboard reverse against the original transaction in your TSYS account. The TSYS batch report is the source of truth.
Is there an extra fee for the integration?
The TSYS integration is included in your Eatsy plan. You pay your standard TSYS processing rates, nothing extra from Eatsy.
What if my current terminal isn't TSYS?

How long until the money shows up in my account?
